Relaxed, Flat, Fast and Friendly middle distance triathlon based in the picturesque Cotswolds.

Cotswold 113 is our middle-distance triathlon set in the heart of the Cotswold Water Park, starting and finishing at Waterland Outdoor Pursuits (Lake 32), Ashton Keynes.

A 1.9km lake swim, a two-loop bike route out through the Cotswold lanes, and a three-lap run finishing back at the water's edge all run under British Triathlon non-drafting rules, with the option to race solo, as a Relay Team, or as Aquabike/Bike-Run.

This is a course built for a big day out: still lake water for a calm swim start, wide open Cotswold roads, and a course team that genuinely wants to see you smash a new PB.

Whether it's your first middle-distance start or you're chasing a qualifying time, this is the event to find out what you're made of.
